Comfortable and it works!

The first morning I woke up after using the mouth tape, I was amazed at how I felt - well rested and NO dull headache! The tape stay put all night (just be cautious of lip balm usage before applying the tape) yet they are easy to remove in the morning.

Much better sleep

I use them with my CPAP. They have allowed me to get away from the full face mask and use a small, comfortable nasal pillow mask instead. Totally eliminated mouth breathing.

Good design but the new adhesive is too soft

I love the design, and I loved the old adhesive. Now it’s so soft that it always comes off—lands on my hand, on the pillow, in my hair.
