Still in trial period

I bought these for my husband on the recommendation of my sister. My husband’s snoring is affecting my sleep. For the first few nights, the Simply Breathe strips seemed to make a big difference, but for the past few nights, the snoring is back, not as bad as before he started with the strips, but enough to disturb my sleep. Husband thinks he is sleeping more soundly. We’ll try for a while longer.

Very secure tape

This tape works exactly as promised. The only reason I’m not giving it the highest rating is that I’m not sure whether (any) mouth tape has a meaningful effect on obstructive sleep apnea.

Best Iv'e tried

My wife and I both use Simply Breath mouth strips. It prevents me from grinding my teeth (TMJ) and snoring.
They have stopped my headaches which ive had for years.
My wife sleeps better with hers.
We don't go anywhere without them.
